When you meet up with Etzli in Upper Paititi, he’ll mention a friend in need. To start the mission, speak to Kayara sitting on the steps opposite the two guards at the cult brig. You need to find a way to free her father who is to be executed. In order to get inside, you’ll have to speak to four people in the area, all indicated by a gear icon above their heads.

Speak to the horn player located on the right to make the people stop praying.

Speak to the musicians behind Kayara so that their music attracts the citizens, as well as the two guards.

Once the guards have moved, speak to the kneeling man on the left, and another man standing to the right of the steps. They’ll help you open the door.

Once the door is open, go inside to find Hakan and free him. Then break through the wall on the right and follow the corridor to the barracks.

Finally, help Hakan open the exit.
Hakan will reunite with his daughter and you’ll receive the Reinforced Knife as a reward.
