You’ll first visit Ursula Road in the early stages of Chapter 2 however you won’t be able to complete the book page until the afternoon when you gain access to Ursula Road 2. Stray Sheep only appear in battles with other enemies so be sure to grab it while you’re here as it’s highly missable.
