Speak with Maya in the Firing Range to begin the quest, then talk to the following people. Altina or Leonora (Swimming Pool), Louise, Juna, or Jessica (Academy Field), Sidney (Lapin Boutique), and Randy (Dorms Training Room). Once you’re done, return to Maya to complete the quest.
