Speak to Sandy in the EX Camp during the 7/15 - Field Exercises Day 1 (Morning) to accept the quest, then continue progressing through the story until you collect three Moon Truffles from the following locations, South Ostia Highway, West Ostia Highway, and Heimdallr Underground Passage 2.
Once you’ve collected all three of the truffles, wait until 7/16 - Field Exercises Day 2 (Morning) and return to Sandy to complete the Quest.
