Head into West Ostia Highway and then go to the southwest of the map to face Dicephalosaurus. In order to beat this monster you’ll want to activate Sledgehammer and work on getting it into the Break Status. Once you’ve achieved this, activate Wind Blade to put a delay on its turn and focus on using normal attacks until its next turn, then use any available S-Crats to finish it off.
