Ah, the trophy we’ve been guiding you towards, at long last. If you hadn’t guessed already, the idea behind this achievement is to make sure that all the main and supporting characters live during your playthrough. If anyone ever dies, just quit out and restart the chapter or checkpoint and continue as normal.
Here is a list of everyone to keep alive by the time the game is over:

- Markus
- Simon
- North
- Josh
- Chloe
Remember: it’s okay to let police officers and deviants die, it won’t affect this trophy. But keep in mind that some of these situations could still lead to any of the above characters getting hurt or killed.
