Skullder’s Ire is excellent mid-tier Magic Find armor, thanks to its 1.25% Magic Find per Level. Socket it with a Perfect Topaz and you’ve got a suit of armor that’ll easily surpass 100% Magic Find. The +1 To All Skills mod it has is a fine bonus. It’s worth replacing your [Skin of the Viper Magi] with this armor once your survivability and kill rate permit it.
Do enough runs on Nightmare and/or Hell Mephisto and this armor should drop eventually. If you’re fortunate, you may even find an Ethereal version of this armor, which will increase its Defense and reduce its Strength requirement. Since it has the “Repairs 1 Durability in 5 seconds” property, you don’t need to worry about repairs.
Skullder’s Ire gives a tremendous boost to Magic Find, and its +Skills means it won’t completely tank your offense.
