Although it pales in comparison to more sought-after rings like the Stone of Jordan, for certain builds, Raven Frost offers a compelling collection of boosts that make it desirable enough to wear. Namely the “Cannot be Frozen” property, but the bonuses to Attack Rating, Dexterity and Mana help sweeten the deal.
The iLv of Raven Frost is moderately high, as far as rings go, so you can pretty much rule out finding one until Nightmare Mephisto and beyond. As usual, given Andariel’s high chance of dropping rings and amulets, farming her on Hell difficulty is also a fine idea.
