A midtier helmet with a variety of interesting properties, including +10% Increase Attack Speed, dual leech and Magic Find, Stealskull is a solid choice of helmet for any physical attacker (including mercenaries!)… at least until you find something better.
Nightmare Mephisto and later bosses can drop Stealskull with some regularlity.
