Gheed’s Fortune is the only unique Grand Charm in the game, and the only unique Charm that can drop by killing random enemies. It is the quintessential Magic Finding charm, sought after by farmers for its +20% - 40% Magic Find, with its Reduce Vendor Prices (useful for gambling) and +% Gold Find being useful secondary modifiers. Sadly, the high variablility in its +Magic Find means it’s possible to find dud versions of this charm - a 20% Magic Find Gheed’s Fortune can be out-competed by several +Magic Find Small Charms. Only one Gheed’s Fortune charm can be in a character’s inventory at a time - if you find a second one, you’ll have to put your current one in your shared stash before you can pick it up.

It can drop anywhere in Hell difficulty, and characters must be Lv62 to gain any benefit from it. Hell Andariel is a good target to farm for Gheed’s Fortune, as she seems more inclined to drop charms than other bosses.
