A poor man’s [Harlequin Crest], the Peasant Crown is a fine mid-tier helmet that’s roughly on par with the [Lore] runeword, stat-wise. It’ll serve as a passable placeholder until you find find something better - namely the aforementioned [Harlequin Crest].
It can be dropped starting near the end of Normal difficulty, but is most commonly seen in Nightmare difficulty. Nightmare Andariel and Mephisto have a good chance of dropping it.
