As for the mineral, we would recommend nurturing a desert village in order to equip your Rock Giant with an ambassador. Topaz is the best mineral for the job, generating 22 resources by sitting next to a plant.
Combine these two resources over the course of an hour long session and you’ll hit this development with ease.
