Gunner Evilities List

By
Jarrod Garripoli

Evilities have been a mechanic in the Disgaea series since they debuted in Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice. They are passive abilities that can be equipped to your characters, with a wide ranged of effects. This page will list all of the Evilities that unlock for the Gunner class, as well as point out any standout Evilities that can be good for builds.

In order to get the Common Evilities from the Classes for other characters, you will need to increase the Class Proficiency for that characters through the subclass system. For example, if you wish to get the Warrior Evilities for Zed, then you need to set the Warrior as his subclass and rank it up, then purchase them from the Skill Shop. Every class has five Common Evilities, with each rank adding an additional Evility to the shop, so you need at least Rank 5 to get all of the Common Evilities from a single class.

(1 of 4) You need to earn stars as the subclass to unlock their Evilities

As far as Unique Evilities go, each of the classes will have one that will be stuck on that character and cannot be changed out at all. In order to get the classes’ Unique Evilities on other characters, you will first need to master that class through the subclass system. After doing that, you will then need to unlock an Unique Evility slot for that character. For more information on that, visit the How to Unlock More Evility Slots page.

Gunner’s Unique Evility

The Gunner’s Unique Evility is called Assist, and it makes it so when the character with Assist attacks first, all subsequent allies attacking will gain 100% accuracy. While you should almost always have 100% accuracy when attacking enemies anyway, this can be quite a nice Evility on a character just intending to boost your allies following them. To make things even better, equip that same character with Hawk Eye to make their own accuracy 100%, as well as Marking, to make all subsequent ally attacks deal an increased 25% damage.

List of Common Evilities (Gunner)

Icon Common Evility Description Mana Cost Slots
D6_Bow_Range_Icon.png Hawk Eye When attacking an enemy more than 3 panels away, accuracy becomes 100% 100 3
D6_Bow_Range_Icon.png Sniping Attack range increased by 2 panels when gun is equipped 250 3
D6_Fly_Swatter_Icon.png Second Attack Increase attack power by 30% when the combo count is higher than 2 1,000 4
D6_Bow_Range_Icon.png Flying Bullets Normal attacks with guns can target any panel in range 2,500 3
D6_Marking_Icon.png Marking Register attack to increase damage of subsequent ally units by 25% 5,000 4

If you have a character using a gun, then the Common Evilities for the Gunner class are pretty good, for the most part. Sniping provides a nice bit of extra range, which is better than an extra one range a lot of other ranged classes might get. Flying Bullets will give the gun user the ability to target like a bow, making them even better. The biggest Evilities here are Hawk Eye, essentially giving the character 100% accuracy if they are more than 3 panels away, and Marking. If you are using a combo, have the character with Marking go first, then all other characters following that one will have a 25% increase in damage. Combine this with its Unique Evility to also give all subsequent ally attacks 100% accuracy, too.
