Evilities have been a mechanic in the Disgaea series since they debuted in Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice. They are passive abilities that can be equipped to your characters, with a wide ranged of effects. This page will list all of the Evilities that unlock for the Warrior class, as well as point out any standout Evilities that can be good for builds.
In order to get the Common Evilities from the Classes for other characters, you will need to increase the Class Proficiency for that characters through the subclass system. For example, if you wish to get the Warrior Evilities for Zed, then you need to set the Warrior as his subclass and rank it up, then purchase them from the Skill Shop. Every class has five Common Evilities, with each rank adding an additional Evility to the shop, so you need at least Rank 5 to get all of the Common Evilities from a single class.
As far as Unique Evilities go, each of the classes will have one that will be stuck on that character and cannot be changed out at all. In order to get the classes’ Unique Evilities on other characters, you will first need to master that class through the subclass system. After doing that, you will then need to unlock an Unique Evility slot for that character. For more information on that, visit the How to Unlock More Evility Slots page.
Warrior’s Unique Evility
The Warrior’s Unique Evility is called Wild Cry, and it increases that character’s stats by 10% per adjacent enemy unit. Overall, if you find yourself getting surrounded a lot, then this might be good for the early to mid game, but once you get to the end game portion, it’s not too great. The reason for this is that it requires having enemies right next to you, plus you can only ever get a maximum of 40% from this, since it doesn’t count enemies on the diagonal spaces right next to the character.
List of Common Evilities (Warrior)
|Icon||Common Evility||Description||Mana Cost||Slots|
|Vanguard||Increase HP by 5%, ATK by 5%, and DEF by 5%||100||1|
|Power Axe||Increase damage dealt by 10% when equipped with an axe||250||2|
|Fighting Instinct||Increase stats by 2% per elapsed turn (Max 20%||1,000||3|
|Boiling Blood||Increase stats by 3% per enemy unit on the map||2,500||4|
|Super Guts||For every 5% of HP lost, decrease damage taken by 5% (Max 50%)||5,000||4|
Overall, none of the Warrior’s Common Evilities are all too great. If you are making a defensive character, Super Guts could be a nice addition to it, although it requires you having a lower HP to benefit from it.
