You’ll find this one on the side of the building located just northeast of Foxteca, in the western part of Otisburg. You will need to grapple on to the ledge above then drop down to obtain it.

Batarang - South of Wayne Tower¶

This Batarang is located on the rooftop of a train station just south of Wayne Tower, in the northern part of Otisburg. All you need to do is drop down onto the roof to obtain it.

Batarang - South of Gardner Street¶

You’ll find this Batarang just behind the church tower of the church located south of Gardner Street, in the southeastern part of Otisburg. You can easily obtain this one by climbing up to the rooftop of the church.

Batarang - Southeast of Wayne Tower¶

This Batarang can be found on top of the crane located southeast of Wayne Tower, just off Gardner Street. You can grapple up onto the crane to obtain it.
