Adrenaline Rush is a Power given only to the Soldier Class in Mass Effect 2. This will slow down the game for a short period of time, allowing you better line up your shots.

Hardened Adrenaline Rush¶
Your endorphins block out pain and trauma in addition to speeding your reaction time. Health damage is reduced for the powers durations.
Heightened Adrenaline Rush¶
Your reaction time is the stuff of legends. When you are “on”, enemies seem to stand still.
