Flowers for Fallen Friends is a request on Chapter 4 Day 2.

How to Start Flowers for Fallen Friends¶

Flowers for Fallen Friends is a request that you can begin by examining the computer in the SSS HQ after you have given your report to Chief Sergei on Chapter 4 Day 2. Unlike the Blue Pill Investigation Request, this one is entirely optional so it’s a good idea to focus on clearing it (and the other Requests) as soon as possible to avoid being locked out of it.

This is a Request that will take you all over Crossbell state, so be prepared before starting it. To get the Request underway, leave Crossbell via the northern exit and head east to reach Crossbell Cathedral. Head northeast here to reach the graveyard and then enter the shack to find Old Man Quint who rather flatly states what it is he wants from the SSS. He wants you to secure three different types of flowers for him although he refuses to disclose the reason why.

How to Complete Flowers for Fallen Friends¶

There are three flowers you’ll need to obtain, and you can go about this in any order.

Requiem Flower¶

Start by heading to West Street in Crossbell and go to Tallys’ General Store. Speak with Tallys behind the counter to learn that they’re out of stock of these flowers and the SSS will decide to gather them themselves.

Leave Crossbell and head for Mainz Mountain Path, taking the bus to the Bus Stop (Doll Studio). Head west and through the tunnel, going south to reach the Moon Temple area and follow the path all the way to the south to find the Requiem Flower.

Leevus Flower¶

Next, head to West Crossbell Highway and use the bus to reach Bus Stop (Police Academy). From here, follow the path south and just before the end of the area, you’ll spot the Leevus Flower.

Fainel Flower¶

Return to Crossbell and head for the East Crossbell Highway this time. You won’t need the bus, so cross the bridge and go north when you can, you’ll find the Fainel Flower near the building.

With all three flowers in your possession, return to the Crossbell Cathedral and hand them over to Old Man Quint at the graveyard. As he places the flowers on the three graves, you’ll learn some backstory on both Guy (Lloyd’s brother) and Ario MacLaine.
