Which Horse To Choose In Witcher 3's Broken Flowers

By
Paul McNally

Nobody likes losing at the Races right? And that holds true whether in real life of in the Witcher 3’s digitized horse races, so if those crowns are burning a hole in your leathery pockets and you want to be seen as the ultimate gambler. Read on.

Stay on track and keep yhour composure and you should win the race and claim your prize before getting on with your real quest.

Witcher 3 Horse Race Choice

As with all games of this type, your choices often matter. In the Witcher 3 your choices can have profound long-term effects on the rest of your game. Other times it is more for the role play and has little bearing on what may lie ahead.

When it comes to betting on a particular horse in the race during the Broken Flowers quest, you still want to win, but ultimately it doesn’t make the slightest difference.

All you need to do is ensure that the horse you are going to back has identical stats, which it will do. The Baroness, should she go to the race with you, will bet on Nemrod. It’s up to you whether you choose to follow her lead or not

You will have the choice of four horses: Cantarella, Chestnut, Zerrikania, and Nemrod. The only main difference will be their color, and well, go faster stripes count for nothing here.

All have the same stamina and speed meaning the rest is up to you once Morvan has set you the challenge. Should you then win the race you will win a Superior Racing Saddle as your prize, courtesy of Morvan.
