To unlock this achievement you must kill at least 50 game animals (hare, deer, boar, etc.) and loot them of all their contents. It does not matter which type of animal you focus on killing. All can be found in the dense woods throughout the realm, with hare being the most common.
You can monitor your progress by navigating to: Player > Statistics > Combat > Animals Killed.
