This quest is activated during the main quest ‘Questions and Answers’, and the guide to it can be found within that guide here.
Once you have completed the main quest ‘Questions and Answers’, you will have to wait several days before you can return to Melichar to see how things are with the plague in Merhojed. If you administered the remedy to everyone properly, Melichar will inform you that everyone is cured and offer you a reward.
Melichar can be found in or around his home in the centre of Merhojed.
