To unlock this achievement you must kill at least 50 opponents by shooting them in the head with your bow and arrows. This should not be too difficult to complete as you play throughout the game, providing that you aim for the head each time. A fully levelled bow skill will make this much easier.
You can monitor your progress by navigating to: Player > Statistics > Combat > Enemies killed by headshot.
