To unlock this achievement you must ensure that Ginger is accepted back at Neuhof during the main quest ‘Ginger in a Pickle’. You can speak with Zora the widow to persuade her to let Ginger back. You must then go back to Ginger to inform him, and then wait 24 hours to speak with him at Neuhof and trigger the achievement.
