To unlock this achievement you must first complete the main quest ‘The Prey’. You can then acquire the side quest ‘Next to Godliness’ from Sir Hans Capon. With that completed, you can speak to him again to acquire the side quest ‘Robber Baron’. The achievement will unlock upon successful completion of this.
