At the start of chapter 13 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you can purchase the Treasure Map from the Merchant for 5 Spinels who can be found sitting inside the cave to the right of the Wharf. This will display all the treasure locations on the map for the entire Island section including Chapter 14 as well as give you a small progression counter in the bottom right corner of the map. Although this will show you their general location, it won’t show you how to get them. Read below how to get all eight treasures in Chapter 14.
Treasure 1 - Crystal Ore¶

Once you begin Chapter 14 you’ll be able to find the first treasure sitting on a trolley in the same place you rescued Ashley.
Treasure 2 - Alexandrite¶

Head through the double doors to the left of the Merchant tor reach the Cargo Depot, then immediately look straight up and you’ll see a container that’s holding the Alexandrite hanging from the platform below the pipe.
Treasure 3 - Gold Bangle¶

Head up the stairs and drop down the ladder, then look to the left to find a bin. Open it and you’ll find the Gold Bangle sitting inside.
Treasure 4 - Velvet Blue¶

Head through the Cargo Depot, then when you reach the Facility 2 area make your way over to the open section at the back. Here you’ll want to look up to the ceiling to find a container that’s holding the Velvet Blue hanging from it.
Treasure 5 - Emerald¶

Continue progressing through the area until you reach the sewers, then look in the back left corner to find the Emerald sitting on the floor.
Treasure 6 - Ornate Necklace¶

Continue onwards until you reach the Waste Disposal area, then wait for Ashley to lift the bridge. From here, enter the room on the left and you’ll find a briefcase that contains the Ornate Necklace sitting on the desk.

Continue progressing through the chapter until you reach the Amber Storeroom, then head over to the northside of the room to find the Crystal Ore sitting in a box.
Treasure 8 - Gold Bar (L)¶

Continue progressing through the chapter until you reach the Campsite, then look inside the tent in the center of the area to find a chest that contains the Gold Bar (L).
