At the start of Chapter 2 in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you can purchase the Treasure Map from the Merchant for 3 Spinels who can be found to the right when you exit the Abandoned Factory. This will display all the treasure locations on the map for the entire village section including Chapter 5 as well as give you a small progression counter in the bottom right corner of the map. Although this will show you their general location, it won’t show you how to get them. Read below how to get all four treasures in Chapter 5.
Treasure: 1 - Yellow Diamond¶

Once you begin Chapter 6, return to the room where you first found Ashley, then look up and you’ll find a tin that contains the Yellow Diamond hanging from the ceiling.
Treasure: 2 - Elegant Bangle¶

Progress through the chapter until you return to the Village Square, then head over to the building northwest corner. Here you’ll want to make your way over to the left side of the building and boost Ashley up, so she can open the door. Inside you’ll find a blue chest that contains the Elegant Bangle.
Treasure: 3 - Antique Camera¶

For the next treasure you’ll want to avoid advancing through the chapter and instead take the path to the south until you reach the Village Chief’s Manor. Inside, you’ll want to go into the bedroom upstairs and look up to see a ladder leading to the attic. Stand underneath it and press 
Treasure: 4 - Antique Pipe¶

Return to the Village Square and head along the northeast path until you reach the Farm. Here you’ll a Wayshrine in the northeast corner. Here you’ll need to unlock it via the Old Wayshrine Key to retrieve the final treasure.
