Local Demon Bestiary
Head to Ginza via the Terminals and exit the main area off to the south so you can head to Tsukiji. There, the man who usually accompanies Tayama will die, telling you to look for the manhole under the bench. Do so and go in.
Basically go along the path and into the next area. From there, go west, south, east, and south to the door. Heal and save, then go on through.

Offensively, this boss doesn't offer much elementally, but brute force can prevail. Notably, you'll find Megaton Press, which is high-critical-rate and hits all. There is also Berserker God, which is high-damage. Most everything will deal over 100 damage per hit, and this boss can use three moves per turn.
As for your offense, it's not exactly hard or easy, but mostly depends on the Skills you have. Physical and Gun are pretty much pointless here, so anything elemental will work. (For some reason, the weaknesses are not applied here.) That's all that really needs to be said.
Ring of Gaea Domain
Just go along the linear path to the three-branched fork, where you can see the way to the boss in front of you. Save and heal there, then move on.

Offensively, this boss doesn't offer much in any form or fashion, really. Mostly just freeze it to death and you'll be fine.
Okay, this time heal and save and go through the door.

Offensively, this boss doesn't offer much beyond what you've come to expect. Maziodyne, a party-wide Electric attack dealing around 100 damage, is the main concern. It may not sound like much, but three of those in a row will stack up meanly.
As for you, you'll find this to be a lengthy fight, a long cry from our usual "possible one/two-turn win" scenarios. Still, a generic strategy works well. Using your high-critical-rate moves, like Critical Wave and Lunge and higher-level ones, works really well.
Flynn can focus on his gun, though, whereas everyone else focuses on Gun Skills or high-critical-rate moves. It's simple, but effective. Just be sure to have a healer or two in the group; Lilith will grind down your HP pretty quickly.
She will demand that you let her see your hatred of her during the battle. Glaring back at her will actually just raise her attack and hit rate; smiling at her will lower her defense.
Later, she will imply a question of whether you feel the rush, the thrill of combat. Admitting this only hurts your stats, while saying otherwise will again lower her defense.
This will end the two quests ("Kill the Black Samurai", "Kill Yuriko"), netting you around 66,000 EXP. and 5,000 Macca -- twice! So ... it's over at last. Isn't it? But her last words speak of another potential threat, greater than any other...
Anyways, the concern over why Liltih would want the Perpetual Reactor becomes the main conern, triggering a new quest, "I Sense an Uneasiness".
