There are a number of sidequests that you will unlock during the course of the game, especially as you progress through the main story. Body Art: Heft is a sidequest that will be in Beverly Hills.

Body Art: Heft is a continuation of the Body Art line of quests for Francesca, so you will need to have finished Body Art: Visionary first. Don’t forget that you won’t be able to access these until you’ve completed the main story mission, The Giant Slayer. Instead of speaking to Francesca to begin the sidequest, there will be a note on the bulletin board, called Oversized Arm Bones; collect it to begin the sidequest.

Where to Find Oversized Arm Bones in Dead Island 2¶

Oversized Arm Bones are a zombie part that is specific to one of the Apex variants, specifically, the Crushers. Normally, you wouldn’t be able to find an abundance of these, since zombies are typically random on the maps, but with the Apex variants, there are these things called Hot Spots. Luckily, there’s a Crusher Hot Spot in Beverly Hills, so you won’t have to go too far to get the goods. You will need five Oversized Arm Bones to finish this quest.

Looking at your map, go towards the southeastern corner and you should see the Hot Spot on the street going north-south. Be careful here, as there might sometimes be more than one Crusher, and you might see the other variants, too. While you’re not guaranteed to get the necessary drop from them, you might get an increased chance if you chop off their arms. To do this, you need a weapon in the Maiming category, like a katana, for example, and aim for the arms with your attacks.

If you have trouble with fighting Crushers, you can block their normal attacks, or simply wait until they do their shockwave slam (jump over it or you’ll get knocked down). If you block the attack, they are temporarily stunned and their recovery time after the shockwave is brief enough to get a few strikes in on them. Note that once their health is lowered, they may induce a berserk type buff on themselves, where they will perform two shockwave attacks in a row. Should you need to respawn the Crushers at their Hot Spot, simply go away for a little bit and come back to the spot (you could also exit to the title screen and reload your game).

Once you have the necessary parts, bring them back to Francesca and drop them in her bucket to finish the quest.
