The Body Art quest line really pumps up the difficulty in its fourth quest, Body Art: Uproar. To farm 
Infected Spines, you will need a lot of patience and time. This is the first quest in this line that really tests you, and the guide below is here to help by providing the location of 
Screamers around the map.

How to Start Body Art: Uproar in Dead Island 2
To start Body Art: Uproar, you must first complete 
Body Art: Moist. Once you do, the posting for the quest should appear in Francesca’s garage, on the corkboard above the bucket you are placing the zombie parts in. This time you will need to hunt down Screamers to try and harvest Infected Spines.
Where to Find Infected Spines in Dead Island 2
Finding Infected Spines is much trickier than it seems at first. The note you get with the quest tells you to hunt in Beverly Hills to get this item, but it doesn’t seem to actually increase the spawn rate. Infected Spines are dropped by Screamers and 
Voltaic Screamers, both of which can be found roaming around the two hot spots in the area.

It seems that regular Screamers have a much higher chance of dropped Infected Spines as the Voltaic Screamers tend to drop 
Electrified Brains more often. Sadly, once you get to a higher level, the variation is more likely to spawn in Beverly Hills. It took us around an hour and a half of farming to get five Infected Spines, one of which was already in our inventory, showing that the drop rate is rather low for this item. It might be best to pick these up as you play, but if you wish to farm, here are some great spots to farm Screamers.
It seems that the normal variety of Screamer spawns more in Bel-Air, but ultimately this is up to RNG. Once you are done, place the Infected Spines in Francesca’s bucket and grab 
Body Art: Vigor from the corkboard.
