Battle

In order to unlock Raspberyl as a playable unit, you need to complete all of the maps in the DLC episode titled The Field Trip. Raspberyl is treated as a monster unit in Disgaea 5, so that limits some of her usefulness, since she will not be able to utilize the weapon skills or anything like that. Despite that, she is still geared towards becoming a mage, though, as her INT/RES/SP aptitudes are her highest ones. Also, of the two monster-type weapons, the INT one is better for her, since she has an S rank and because of the above stats. She will naturally learn all of the fire spells as she levels, so it’s a good idea to teach her the rest.

Evilities

Beryl’s unique Evility is called Hello Throw, which increases her stats by the distance thrown (including Receive via other monsters) during that turn x5%. If you throw characters a lot, then that’s fine, but it becomes a bit annoying to chase down Beryl and rethrow her each turn, so this falls into one of the lesser utilized unique Evilities. However, despite her unique Evility, her common ones are actually very useful. Trash Pickup makes it so you will deathblow objects in the Item World, regardless of invincibility or not. Note that this doesn’t apply to Geo Symbols, and just to the random objects you will sometimes find on a map.

Innocent Classes will make the leader of the Innocent Aid Squad help out in increasing the Innocent growth rate by 3%. This is related to the Innocent Farm, so you will be able to get more large stacks of Innocents from this Evility. The last common Evility is called Recruitment Drive and increases the chance defeated enemies will surrender by 10%. This stacks with the Megaphone unique weapon, so it will be easier to get the cap of 128 prisoners to help you make Magic Extracts.

Evility Slots Effect Req
Hello Throw Unique Increases stats by distance thrown this turn x5% (Receive counts) Default
Trash Pickup 1 Deathblow objects in the Item World (ignores Invincibility) 500 Mana
Innocent Classes 4 When leader of the Innocent Aid Squad, increases Innocent growth rate by 3% 5000 Mana
