Multiversus Gleamium: What is It and How to Get It?

By
Craig Robinson

Multiversus is a free-to-play platform brawler that has launched across a variety of PC platforms and consoles. Players can support the title via in-game cash shop purchases and a battle pass, with the game being free to pay. As with most games, you tend to buy these items using some form of custom currency known as Multiversus’ Gleamium currency. Here is everything you need to know about Multiversus’ Gleamium currency.

Gleamium is the premium currency of Multiversus.

What is Multiversus’ Gleamium Currency?

To put it shortly, Gleamium is Multiversus’ premium currency. Gleamium is used to buy items in the store, the battle pass, and other cosmetic items or vanity, such as taunts. Each item will cost a set amount of Gleamium. For example, getting your hands on the beta battle pass costs 300 Gleamium. Meanwhile, there are skins, taunts, knockout and more available for purchase for a variety of Gleamium amounts.

How to Get Gleamium in Multiversus

Gleamium is only accessible as a premium option in Multiversus. You will need to spend real-life money on the game if you want to acquire Gleamium. The amount of Gleamium you get entirely depends on your price point. For example, you can get more Gleamium by spending more money. These tend to have the best value options, getting more than you would do by buying more of the smaller bundle options. There are four bundles in total offering the following amounts

  • 450 Gleamium - £3.99 or equivalent.
  • 1000 Gleamium - £7.99 or equivalent.
  • 2200 Gleamium - £15.99 or equivalent.
  • 6000 Gleamium - £39.99 or equivalent.

Alternatively, you get some Glemium by buying one of the founders’ packs for the game. Each founders pack has a different amount of Gleamium on offer and is as follows:

  • Standard - 300 Gleamium.
  • Deluxe - 1000 Gleamium.
  • Premium - 2500 Gleamium.

Note that the founders’ packs are a purchase that are available for a limited time. These founders’ packs will disappear sometime during season 1, and notice will be given before they go away forever. So, if you’re reading part way through the beta season or season 1, the founders are still a method of getting more Gleamium, amongst other rewards.
