Return to L’Academie during Act II to discover the Lips at the entrance has a request for you. She asks you to display a level of Charm unseen anywhere else, naturally you’ll need to boost your Charm to 330+ to pass this little task.
The Mardi Garb +3 is essential for this quest.
If you wait until you reunite with Sylvando, you’ll obtain the Mardi Garb as part of the scenario. Rework this to +3 to boost your Charm massively, equip a Platinum Powersword +3 and then any Charm boosting accessories to meet the requirement and complete the quest.
