This quest is acquired from Shopkeeper Doran in Cierzo. Doran wants you to deliver a ledger to another shopkeeper in the city of Berg. Berg is located in the region of the Enmerkar Forest. When you reach the city, the shopkeeper in question is named Pleel. You will find her in the north eastern region of the city map, as shown below.

Speak with Pleel and choose the dialogue option ‘I’d like to talk’. She will immediately accept the ledger and reward you with one Medium Ruby, completing the quest.
