The Protagonist is a second-year high school student who has to move from his town after an incident leaves him with a criminal record. This forces his parents to send him to live with an acquaintance in Tokyo, where he ends up becoming a Persona-user. He is very quiet and well-mannered when he’s his normal self, but becomes a completely different person whenever he dons his phantom thief garb. His codename is Joker and his Persona is Arsene. He can use also many different Personas, as part of his power, making him much more versatile compared to the other party members.
