The Guitar is one of the spoof weapons in Sons of the Forest, with it serving as a rather terrible weapon. However, you can strum it, which makes it a nice addition. If you’re a collector of weapons, and want to add everything to your kit, or fancy a forming a mosh pit with online friends and cannibals, then here is how to get the Guitar in Sons of the Forest.

How to get the Guitar in Sons of the Forest¶
First off, you need to begin your exploration of the bunkers, and to do that, you need the 
Maintenance Keycard. This card will allow you access through the doorway at the end of the lit corridor that leads away from the early game 
3D Printer. So, if you need help getting that Keycard, you can read our Maintenance Keycard Guide.
Once you have the keycard, you need to head inside the 3D Printer Cave, which you can find along with a bending stream coming from the central-eastern lakes. This should be further down the mountain from the likes of the Shovel Cave. Once you’re facing the cave, you can follow these instructions to get the !Guitar in Sons of the Forest.
- Once inside the cave, go to the lit-up area, then turn right towards the keycard door. Open the door using your Maintenance Keycard.
- Now you’re inside, proceed through the gym, and then through the sauna area. Go up the stairs, and proceed through the pool bar area.
- Eventually, you’ll stumble upon a new room called the Nightclub.
- In the Nightclub, you’ll find a large bar on the left side of the room. Along the bar is the guitar. Pick it up, and it’s all yours.
When you first pick it up, you’ll pick a song, and then wield it as normal. But, other than that, this weapon is borderline terrible. Its swing speed is between the 
Modern Axe and the 
Tactical Axe, but, it has significantly less armor destruction and damage then it should do for it speed in comparison to where the other axe weapon stands.
Though, when the Sons of the Forest gets Weapon Racks or Mannequins that actually work, hopefully, you can display this weapon in your base!
