Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII: Reunion

New Game Plus in Crisis Core Reunion

By
Jarrod Garripoli

Your adventure doesn’t end with simply beating the main story of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII: Reunion. You have the option to replay the game, using New Game Plus.

How to Unlock New Game Plus in Crisis Core Reunion

You’ll get an option to make a Clear Save after the credits

Simply put, finishing the main story will allow you replay the game using New Game Plus. Once you finish the main story, the credits will play and at the end of them, you will have the option to save some Clear Data. It’s a good idea to save this on a different slot than other files, just in case, since you have multiple save files available to you. Loading up this save file will prompt you into starting New Game Plus.

What Carries Over into New Game Plus in Crisis Core Reunion

So, now you know how to unlock New Game Plus in Crisis Core Reunion, but what does and doesn’t carry over to it? The good news is that a large portion of your previous playthrough will carry over, like Zack’s level, equipment, accessories, and Materia. However, there are some things that won’t carry over, like the Buster Sword (will have to unlock again) and the DMW Character Images (progress on those does carry over). One of the biggest things that won’t carry over is Missions progression, meaning you will have to do all of the Missions on a single playthrough, if you wanted to achieve 100%.

For a full list of what carries over and not, look at the tables below.
