How to complete Electrifying Epiphany!¶
This page is a walkthrough for the Quest, Electrifying Epiphany. It will navigate you through the necessary steps to successfully defeating Zinogre.
The Electrifying Epiphany quest becomes available when you reach 5* Village Quests.

Zinogre Location¶
Once you’ve accepted the quest, be sure to consume some delicious Bunny Dango and equip yourself with a Ice based weapon before departing. You’ll be able to find Zinogre in the following locations.

How to defeat Zinogre¶
Head to Area 9 to find Zinogre roaming around.
Watch out for Zinogres electrical attacks.
Zinogre is a Fanged Wyvern type monster which was introduced in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. This monster has a major weakness to Ice. Zinogre likes to call upon the elements and bring down lighting from the skies to defend itself. For an in-depth strategy to tackling Zinogre, refer to our separate Zinogre page.
Return to Kamura Village¶
Once you’ve defeated Zinogre, return to Kamura Village and speak with Hinoa to bring this quest to a close.
