How to complete Thundering Voice¶
This page is a walkthrough for the Quest, Thundering Voice. It will navigate you through the necessary steps to successfully defeating Tigrex.
The Thundering Voice quest becomes available when you reach 6* Village Quests.

Tigrex Location¶
Once you’ve accepted the quest, be sure to consume some delicious Bunny Dango and equip yourself with a Thunder based weapon before departing. You’ll be able to find Tigrex in the following locations.

How to defeat Tigrex¶
Head to one of the three areas to find Tigrex roaming around.
Watch out for Tigrex’s as he’ll try to knock you down with it.
Tigrex is a Flying Wyvern type monster which was introduced in Monster Hunter Freedom 2. This monster has a major weakness to Thunder. Tigrex likes to defend itself with a lot of physical attacks, but it will throw rocks at you from time to time. For an in-depth strategy to tackling Tigrex, refer to our separate Tigrex page.
Return to Kamura Village¶
Once you’ve defeated Tigrex, return to Kamura Village and speak with Hinoa to bring this quest to a close.
