Bannerlord Social Perks: Leadership

The Leadership perk tree allows you to improve the effectiveness of your troops and the security of your settlements. You can choose perks which correspond to your playstyle, such as ’Inspiring Attacker or ‘Star Defender’ at level 50, allowing you to improve troop morale when attacking or defending. At level 75 you can choose whether to increase the security in your towns, or increase the loyalty of your subjects. More broadly, you can reduce the cost of upkeep for your troops in the early or late game, improve the discipline of all troops and their rate of XP gain, and transfer bandits into troops.
