The Skene is a Tier 2 minor faction ranged unit. The only way to acquire minor faction troops is by defeating them in battle and taking them as prisoners. You can then recruit them into your party after a few days. They have a basic wage of 3 denars and can be upgraded to Kern for 50 denars.
