This page provides an overview for all minor faction troops. The only way to obtain these troops is to find a party which belongs to that faction, defeating them, and taking some of their troops as prisoners. You will then be able to recruit them into your party after some time has passed. You may find it difficult to locate a party from these minor factions, since they are usually limited to just one. However, you can use the encyclopedia by pressing [N] on your keyboard to search for where they were last seen.
