The Sea Raider Chief is a Tier 4 Bandit infantry unit. You can’t recruit bandit units, but you can acquire them as prisoners when you defeat enemy bandit forces. You can then recruit them into your party after a few days. They have a basic wage of 8 denars and can be upgraded to Sturgian Druzhinnik for 100 denars.
