In case you haven’t used this guide yet, this Chapter, like all the others, has an element of nonlinearity to it. All you really have to do are those marked as being required; everything else, while very helpful (and typically required for 100% completion), is optional. You also don’t usually have to do things in the order we name. Below is simply an order we recommend to the events you do, clearly following the NavMap’s list and the chronological order of events in FFX to as much of an extent as possible.
The numbers within the parentheses account for the percentage contribution of that area towards 100% completion. When Chapter 3 ends, you should have a completion rate of 59.6% (read as 59%). By the end of Chapter 4, your completion rate ought to be 75.6%, read as 75% on your save file. Keep strongly in mind that those percentages, as well as those in the 100% completion checkpoints in whatever sections you find them, are strongly subject to what you’ve done in previous chapters: if you haven’t done everything possible in those chapters and didn’t give the Awesome Sphere to the Youth League in Chapter 2, then your percentages will not match up with ours.

In case you can’t tell, most of the 100 percentage contribution will come from the CommSphere stuff. That basically means you messed up if you didn’t install all 20 CommSpheres in Chapter 3.
