This is a guide for the Hyenas’ Navia Base in Tower of Fantasy. How to enter the base and what to do inside.

You can find the Hyenas’ Navia Base around the north-west corner of the Navia region, on an oil rig off the shore. Unlike their base in Banges, this oil rig does not appear on the in-game map. But if you glide down from Raincaller Island or even Cetus Island, you should spot it.
Before heading to the Hyenas’ Navia Base¶
To save time, make sure to do the following first:
- Read the Hyena Classified Document at the Hyenas’ Banges Base.
- Cook a
Sizzling meat (ingredients: 
Game meat). - Cook an Iced strawberry soda (ingredients:
Strawberry, 
Carbonated water and 
Honey). - Cook a Tomato and egg fried pasta (ingredients:
Thornmato, 
Homi grain and 
Poultry egg).

Similar to the Hyenas’ Banges Base, you can’t waltz into the Navia Base without good reason. In fact, you’ll need to first visit the Banges Base (refer to the Hyenas’ Secret side mission) and read the Hyena Classified Document, next to the special supply pod.
After learning the intel, speak to the Hyena guard at the front of the Navia base. Always select the second option each time; in other words:
- “I’m here for the Hyenas Carnival.”
- “Hyena Queen.”
- “This is the seventh Hyenas Carnival.”
- “The Heirs of Aida of course.”
Hey presto, you’ll be granted entry into their prestigious carnival! Um, there doesn’t seem to be much happening though…
What to do at the Hyenas’ Navia Base¶
There are three things you can do at the Navia Base.
1. Help Smoller, the Hyena Officer, with his dastardly plan¶

Towards the left of the entrance, there’s a small Hyena standing by a table by the name of Smoller. Speak to him and he’ll ask you to grill Begel, a large Hyena Officer, who’s slumped at the opposite corner. Turns out he’s dying for some home-style pasta. Report back to Smoller and you’ll be tasked with cooking Begel’s desired pasta.
How to cook Tomato and egg fried pasta¶

To make the pasta, you need to have the right ingredients and a Cooker handy. You can find Cookers in various places, such as near ruins or at Banges Port. The ingredients you need are:

Open the Cooker menu and choose “Creation”, assuming this is your first time making this dish. Now select at least one of each ingredient, detailed above.
Otherwise, if you’ve made this dish before, look for it within your Cooking recipes.

After making the Tomato and egg fried pasta, speak to Smoller back at the Hyenas’ Navia Base. He’ll change it into a Seasoned Pasta. Now feed this to Begel. No need to feel bad, because the massive fella won’t feel a thing. Return to Smoller to explain what happened. You’ll receive Tomato and egg fried pasta x5 for your efforts. Unseasoned, of course.
2. Indulge Morgley with his soda cravings¶
Morgley is pining for some soda.
To the right of the entrance is a different hulking Hyena called Morgley. He’ll bug you for an Ice strawberry soda. What, does he think soda grows on trees or something?
How to cook Iced strawberry soda¶

In any case, if you want to indulge him, gather the following ingredients:

Open the Cooker menu and choose “Creation”, assuming this is your first time making the soda. Select at least one of each ingredient, detailed above. To boost the chances, choose multiple of some ingredients, especially ones you have lots of (Carbonated water is an easy pick if you’re rich).
Otherwise, if you made the soda before, look for it within your Cooking recipes.

Hand over the soda to Morgley to receive Console Components x1. These are used to repair one of the signal towers in the Navia region, to access the Navia Ecological Park.
3. Raid the Hyenas’ treasure¶
This one can be somewhat easy to miss. At the highest point of the base, by climbing the narrow red pillars, there’s a Hyena watching over a supply pod. You can distract him by bringing him a Sizzling Meat.
How to cook Sizzling Meat¶
This simple dish can be made with the following ingredient:

Oh, but you’ll need two lots of Game meat. At a Cooker, select the Sizzling Meat recipe and work your magic.

Hand over the Sizzling Meat to the Hyena and you’ll be able to claim the contents of the Supply Pod:

The Voyager Engine can be used to obtain the Voyager vehicle, if you collect the other three parts.
