Whenever you create a new character in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, you will be able to distribute a total of ten extra Hero Points to your stats. In addition to that, you will gain another Hero Point each time you level up. This page will detail the important stats for the Stabbomancer class.
The Stabbomancer is a class that likes to get in close, stab your enemies, then quickly get out before things get hairy. In fact, critical hits are going to be key with the Stabbomancer, which means Strength is going to be one of the most important stats for the class. Of course, since you will likely to be taking hits, too, Constitution will be another important stat, although not quite as much.
Best Stats for Stabbomancer
#1 - Strength
Strength increases the Critical Hit Damage you deal to enemies. Critical Hits are going to be a huge part of any Stabbomancer, so you will definitely want to be building up Strength. This also holds true for the Village Idiot Backstory, as that will give you a total of eight more points into Strength, at a cost of only removing three Intelligence.
#2 - Dexterity
Dexterity increases the Critical Hit Chance for everything you do in the game. This goes hand-in-hand with the Strength stat, since if you’re building up the chance to critically hit enemies, then you will want to make sure you trigger those critical hits. Since Critical Hits can be a huge part of the Stabbomancer, you will probably want to build up this stat. Note that once you gain access to the second Action Skill or some of the later passives, then you can probably worry less about Dexterity.
#3 - Constitution
Constitution increases the character’s Maximum Health and Ward (the shield). You are likely going to be taking some hits with the Stabbomancer, since you’ll be getting up close and personal with enemies. While you shouldn’t be focusing entirely on this stat, like with something like Strength, you will want to put a point into it every few levels or when you feel like you are getting downed a lot.
#4 - Attunement
Attunement increases the cooldown for your Action Skills. These can be important down the line, so you don’t need to start going with Attunement right away. Depending on the situation, you might be switching between the two Action Skills throughout the game, and using them quite often in the later parts.
Wisdom increases the damage from status effects and elements. While it’s true that there is a lot of elemental spells in the game, this might not be the best stat to focus on with the Stabbomancer class. However, it might be a good idea to pump a Hero Point or two into this down the line, especially if you’re going for an elemental/status build. Otherwise, you can pretty much ignore this.
Intelligence increases the cooldown for your spells. You will probably be using spells here and there, but they aren’t too important to the Stabbomancer. This is because the majority of your damage will likely be coming from your abilities, guns and melee attacks.
