Part 1: Attack the Templars
From the get go, make your way over to the objective marker in the distance. You’ll find an NPC here who we need to speak with. Following the conversation, hop into the police carriage nearby and drive it out of the restricted area on the mini-map. Return to Fleming and speak with him once again.
At this point he’ll tell you to defend the area and bail on you. A timer will appear letting you know you have 30 seconds to move into position to ready the area for a Templar ship arrival. There is a dynamite crate or two lying about that you can place near the dock if you want and plenty of secret service agents around whom you can recruit, but the upcoming fight is not all that difficult so neither is really necessary.
Note: There is an optional objective that asks us to air assassinate a Templar from a crane.
I’d suggest climbing one of the nearby cranes whilst you wait for the Templars to arrive. This gives you a nice vantage point over the area including a fire barrel (for hallucinogenic darts) at the top of the ramp leading to the docks and an explosive container nearby.
Once the timer has elapsed a short scene will play showing the Templar ship arriving. If you are on a crane, lead with an air assassination and once you have pulled one off for the optional objective, draw the Templars to the secret service agents and use the fire barrel and explosives to help deal with them.
After the lot of them have been killed, head for the new objective marker and speak with Fleming once again.
Part 2: Pursue the Target
As we speak to Fleming, he’ll point out the Templar leader nearby and he’ll unsurprisingly take off. We’ll need to chase him down through some back alleys and factory style areas before tackling him once in range.
This chase is a little unique as our target is quick and we won’t be able to catch him until he tires (which can take a little while). During the chase, you’ll need to watch out as the Templar leader will frequently place lit dynamite crates in your way and if you are unfortunate enough to get caught in the explosion, it will usually knock you off your feet long enough for the target to escape your immediate area. As such, give them a wide berth when you see them!
If the target does manage to escape, a search area will appear on the map and entering this with Eagle Vision equipped will enable you to locate him once again.
After tackling the target. Hit the B/circle button to kidnap him and run him back to the docks. Place him in the back of the target carriage for a scene to end the memory.
