Part 1: Riverbank Investigation

This memory can be started on the side of the road close to a train bridge leading across the Thames in the central western section of the Lambeth borough. After speaking with the fellow here to initiate the memory, make your way down to the Riverbank marked with the purple search area nearby. In the middle of the search area you’ll find the body. Inspect it.

Looking over the corpse will result in a suspect, a vagrant, and two additional clues appearing in the search area for us to discover. Activate Eagle Vision to have them appear highlighted in gold to make things easier. You’ll want to inspect the following:

  • Coat – Up the nearby hill by the fire beneath the rail bridge.
  • Pocket Watch – On the ledge of the rail bridge above overlooking the body.

Inspect the body (left) and then the Riverbank crime scene (right).

After acquiring both clues, move over to speak with the vagrant in the centre of the search area (we’ll want to talk about: Body, Midnight, Shelter and then Coat). Collecting all of the clues and speaking with the vagrant will unlock a new search area – the Victoria Train Station.

Part 2: Victoria Train Station Investigation

Upon arrival at Victoria Train Station, head over to the small search area. Here you’ll find a single suspect that we’ll need to chat with (ask about: Train 616). He’ll inform you that Train 616 is leaving shortly.

This conversation will unlock four new search areas, all part of train 616 – Sleeper 2, Sleeper 1, Passenger Carriage and Restaurant Carriage. Run on over to the nearby platform and hop aboard Sleeper 2 to continue.

Part 3: Train 616 Sleeper 2 Investigation

The Sleeper 2 investigation zone includes a new suspect, Vivian, whom we can speak with (although we’ll do that after finding the clues of course) and also features another two clues which we’ll need to discover. Again, activate Eagle Vision to make this task easier. You’ll want to inspect the following:

  • Note – On the floor to the left just inside the door at the front of the carriage.
  • Handbag – On the floor by the couch near the back of the carriage.
Once you have found both clues, approach Vivian and begin your interrogation (you’ll want to talk about: Killian, Letter from Sister, Last Evening and then Note). Following the conversation, move up to the next search area in Sleeper 1.

Part 4: Train 616 Sleeper 1 Investigation

There is a pair of suspects in the Sleeper 1 inspection area (Joanna and George) and two clues to track down. Activate your Eagle Vision and inspect the following:

  • Derringer – On the floor beneath a couch near the front of the carriage.
  • Letter – On one of the couches near the front of the carriage.
Speak with the two suspects nearby and we’ll want to, as per usual, exhaust all possible conversation options. Sam can be found at the back of the car closest to Sleeper 2 (we’ll want to ask him about: Killian, Last Evening and then Midnight). Angus can be found near the front of the carriage (ask him about: Valet, Killian and then Vivian, Last Evening and then Midnight).

Following the conversation, move up to the next search area in the Passenger Carriage.

Part 5: Train 616 Passenger Carriage Investigation

The Passenger Carriage search area is quite a small one. It contains a single clue and another person of interest we can speak with – Luke. First up though, go and grab the clue – you’ll want to inspect:

  • Shoe – Located outside and on top of the carriage itself.
With the clue in hand speak with the nearby suspect, Luke who can be found inside the carriage (ask about: Killian, Vivian, Last Evening and then Midnight). After the conversations, continue to follow the train into the next search area – the Restaurant Carriage.

The Passenger Carriage (left) and Restaurant Carriage (right) are the final two search areas - be sure to grab all the clues!

Part 6: Train 616 Restaurant Carriage Investigation

The Restaurant Carriage investigation zone includes a pair of suspects, Ryan and Peter, whom we can speak with (although we’ll do that after finding the clues of course) and also features another three clues which we’ll need to discover. Again, activate Eagle Vision to make this task easier. You’ll want to inspect the following:

  • Sleeping Pills – In a bottle on a table just inside the door to the right at the back of the front dining car.
  • Newspaper – On a chair at one of the tables on the left side of the front dining car.
  • Pamphlets – On a chair at one of the tables on the right side of the front dining car.
With those new clues in hand, it’s now time to speak with the nearby suspects. Ryan can be found on the second dining car (we’ll want to ask him about: Last Evening and then Pills, Vivian and then Scheme) and then mosey on over and chat with Peter who is located in the front dining car (inquire about: Killian, Vivian, Last Evening and then Midnight).

Now that we have all the clues in the case all wrapped up, it’s time to re-speak with a few of our suspects for a little additional information. We can speak with the Ryan in the Restaurant Carriage (ask about: Peter), Luke in the Passenger Carriage (inquire about: Peter), Angus in Sleeper 1 (ask about: Vivian) and Sam in sleeper 1 (talk about: Wolf).

At this point you’ll have all the clues at your disposal and will be able to choose and accuse one of the persons of interest. The answer is Peter in the Restaurant Carriage.

Once you have accused correctly, the memory will be complete.
