The One I Love is a Subquest in Shin Megami Tensei V. Most Subquests will reward you with a large amount of experience, some Macca, and then you’ll receive an item of sorts. Most of the time, it’ll be a Talisman which allows you to have access to the different Magatsuhi skills in the game.

Where to start The One I Love

The Incubus that gives you this quest is located northwest of the North Shinagawa Leyline. From that point, located the hill to the east of it and climb it to see another hill. You will want to climb that hill, too, and follow the trail until you come to the Cironnup that sells you a map of the Miman locations for Shinagawa. If you take a glance to the west of the Cironnup, you should spot an area below you, so drop down there and hop up the little hills to find the Incubus.

Where to find the Silky for The One I Love

If you’ve completed or logged The Root of the Problem quest, then you should know where the Silky that Incubus wants to give the love letter to. If you haven’t, then teleport to Fairy Village and go straight west from the Leyline. The Silky is the one with long hair and is wearing a red dress. She gives her response to the love letter and asks you to report back to the Incubus. Head back there and tell him what she said to finish the quest.

After it is over, the Incubus will ask if you could give him 5,000 Macca. If you say yes, then he will give you a Magic Incense, but you can also say no to him. Note that you can always come back and give him the money later, if you chose to say no to his offer.
