Step forward to trigger the scene then simply defeat the Risen Ogre and the Genlock Necromancer that revives the fallen. The Necromancer has Cailan’s Helm and the Risen Ogre has Duncan’s Dagger and Duncan’s Sword . Head back and decide what to do with Cailan’s body, you will finish the quest and earn the “In War, Victory” achievement.
