These missiles can track you a little bit, so keep moving until they stop
Before you begin the World Tournament at the beginning of Into Enemy Territory, you can find the World Tournament Announcer right by the fight arena. Since the last few tournaments were a little lackluster and the announcer knows you’re Goku’s son, he wants to see just how strong you are. While having a conversation, a NPC runs by and says that a robot went berserk, so the announcer sends you after it. The robot will be a little west of the arena and it’ll just be a single Skull Robo, so it will be an extremely easy fight. You’ll automatically return to the announcer after taking out the robot, bringing an end to this substory.
