You need to be playing as Goku to begin this substory, plus you also need to have completed Good Ol’ Goku to make it appear in the Land of the Kais (Off-Earth Area). During the battle with Buu, Goku promised the Elder Kai that he’d find him a real woman to kiss and the Elder Kai is collecting on that promise. Goku heads to Bulma to see what she thinks, but she asks you to bring her all seven Dragon Balls before she’ll even think it over. If the Dragon Balls are not active right now, then you will have to wait until they are before you will be able to get them. Once you have found all seven Dragon Balls, bring them back to Bulma and she will put her own plan into motion. This will bring you to the end of the substory.
